ZaiMiXplorer 1.0.0 - Customer terms

These terms do not themselves activate or grant a paid licence.

1. Product and supplier
ZaiMiXplorer is a Windows desktop application, supplied by RZM Network under the
ZaiCloX5 brand. Business registration: UEN 53439142K, Singapore.
Support contact: admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com.
Distribution: a per-user Windows x64 installer, with a complete portable ZIP
available separately. The installer includes notices and SOURCE_ACCESS.txt,
which identifies the separate covered-library source and build materials.
For the portable ZIP, extract the complete folder before launching the EXE.
ZaiMiXplorer 1.0.0 is available for Windows 11 x64.

2. Trial
Creating an account does not start a trial. An eligible seven-day trial starts
only after confirmation in the app. Seven days run continuously from activation,
including periods when the app is closed. Account and device eligibility rules
apply. Re-registering does not promise another trial. No trial reset is offered
by these terms. Trial expiry ends trial access; local documents remain yours.

3. Paid licence and updates
One active device per purchased seat. The purchased licence remains valid
throughout the existence of RZM Network, subject to valid account and access
verification. A purchase grants use rights, not ownership.
Updates released for the same licensed product have no additional update fee.
Support for ZaiMiXplorer is provided throughout the existence of RZM Network.
These commitments apply to the licensed product and do not include every future
product. Internet access is needed for sign-in and access verification; no
unlimited offline-use promise is made.
A new computer must use the supported allocation/transfer process. Uninstalling
alone does not transfer a seat. Contact support if the old computer is unavailable.

4. Pricing
USD per seat; the final eligible amount, currency, quantity, taxes and terms must
be shown before payment. Price schedule:
- Launch promotion + first 72 hours after trial activation: US$11.99.
- Launch promotion outside that early window: US$16.99.
- First 72 hours without launch promotion: US$19.99.
- Normal price outside those offers: US$23.99.
Any applicable promotion conditions, taxes and final price will be shown before payment.

5. Refunds and support
No change-of-mind refund after purchase, including a discounted trial-period
purchase. Billing errors and product faults may be raised with support. Any remedy
required by applicable law remains available. First-response target:
five working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays;
counting starts on the next working day after receipt. This is a first-response
target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Existing mandatory rights
are not excluded. Refund/dispute effects on access must follow the verified
payment and licence process.

6. Files, cloud connections and acceptable use
Keep backups of important files. A local sync folder or selected backup may be
incomplete and may differ from a direct cloud connection. Third-party provider
accounts and permissions remain your responsibility. Cloud Trash is not a promise
of recovery after permanent deletion. Do not access other accounts, evade access
rules or interfere with the service. Your files and created outputs remain yours.
Fi-Edit visual signatures are not cryptographic signatures. Visual covers must
not be treated as permanent original-content PDF redaction.

7. Third-party software rights
Third-party components are governed by the separate licences and notices shipped
with the app. Those terms govern their applicable components. Nothing here limits
rights granted under those licences, including applicable LGPL rights to modify
library portions and reverse engineer for debugging those modifications, or to
replace, relink and recombine covered libraries. Read SOURCE_ACCESS.txt, Sources/
SHA256SUMS.txt and the accompanying replacement/build-material instructions.
Application access rules do not override those third-party rights.

8. Privacy and account requests
To request account closure or raise a privacy concern, email
admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com. Privacy information is provided separately. These terms are governed by Singapore law, with applicable mandatory consumer
rights preserved.
