Who is responsible

ZaiCloX5 is a software brand of RZM Network, Singapore (UEN 53439142K). For privacy requests and all enquiries, email admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com. All enquiries are handled by email.

Account and app access information

If you register or sign in, we process your name, email address, authentication information and verification status. Account, installation and device identifiers, trial dates, licence allocation and access status are used to provide access, enforce trial and licence eligibility, prevent misuse and handle support requests. Creating an account does not start a trial.

Support reports and email

When you use Report Issue, we process your reply email, chosen report type, application name, summary, details and any optional name, version, operating system or reproduction steps you supply. The report and its reference are sent through Resend to admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com and handled in our Gmail inbox. Your email is used as the reply address. Sending a report does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include passwords, access keys, payment-card details or confidential files. The form does not accept attachments.

Website storage and technical information

Your browser stores your theme preference and may store the signed-in account session so that account features can work across visits. You can sign out and clear site storage through your browser; clearing it may remove preferences and require another sign-in. Hosting and authentication providers process network requests and may retain operational and security logs, including IP addresses and request information. The support endpoint uses a hashed IP address for rate limiting. This website does not use advertising trackers or marketing-analytics scripts.

Files and cloud connections

Downloading the installer does not require an account. Files and cloud credentials are not requested by this website's support form. In the desktop app, file operations communicate with locations and cloud providers you choose; those providers apply their own privacy terms. If you email diagnostic information, check it for sensitive content before sending it.

Payments

Order and payment records may include order identifiers, quantities, prices, currencies, payment references and refund or dispute status. Payment details are handled on the payment provider’s checkout page. This website does not ask for your card number.

Service providers and overseas processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and downloads; Supabase provides authentication and backend records; Resend delivers support email; Google Gmail receives and stores support correspondence. Stripe provides payment processing where enabled. Providers may process information outside Singapore under their applicable service terms and data-protection arrangements. Their involvement does not remove RZM Network's responsibility for its handling of your information.

Retention

We retain information for the purposes described here, including providing account and licence access, resolving support cases, preventing repeated trial misuse, handling disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; there is no single automatic deletion period covering every record. Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those business or legal purposes. Closing an account does not necessarily remove transaction, security or trial-eligibility records immediately. Provider logs, email records and backups may remain under their applicable retention processes.

Your choices and requests

Email admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, request account closure or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We will explain any applicable limits or records that must be retained. Withdrawing information needed for authentication or licensing can prevent continued access. Account-closure requests can be made by email; this notice does not promise an automatic self-service deletion facility.

Security and updates

Use a strong password and keep credentials private. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated date. The update date above identifies the current version of this policy.

ZaiMiXplorer 1.0.0 - Customer terms

These terms do not themselves activate or grant a paid licence.

1. Product and supplier

ZaiMiXplorer is a Windows desktop application, supplied by RZM Network under the ZaiCloX5 brand. Business registration: UEN 53439142K, Singapore. Support contact: admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com. Distribution: a per-user Windows x64 installer, with a complete portable ZIP available separately. The installer includes notices and SOURCE_ACCESS.txt, which identifies the separate covered-library source and build materials. For the portable ZIP, extract the complete folder before launching the EXE. ZaiMiXplorer 1.0.0 is available for Windows 11 x64.

2. Trial

Creating an account does not start a trial. An eligible seven-day trial starts only after confirmation in the app. Seven days run continuously from activation, including periods when the app is closed. Account and device eligibility rules apply. Re-registering does not promise another trial. No trial reset is offered by these terms. Trial expiry ends trial access; local documents remain yours.

3. Paid licence and updates

One active device per purchased seat. The purchased licence remains valid throughout the existence of RZM Network, subject to valid account and access verification. A purchase grants use rights, not ownership. Updates released for the same licensed product have no additional update fee. Support for ZaiMiXplorer is provided throughout the existence of RZM Network. These commitments apply to the licensed product and do not include every future product. Internet access is needed for sign-in and access verification; no unlimited offline-use promise is made. A new computer must use the supported allocation/transfer process. Uninstalling alone does not transfer a seat. Contact support if the old computer is unavailable.

4. Pricing

USD per seat; the final eligible amount, currency, quantity, taxes and terms must be shown before payment. Price schedule:

• Launch promotion + first 72 hours after trial activation: US$11.99.
• Launch promotion outside that early window: US$16.99.
• First 72 hours without launch promotion: US$19.99.
• Normal price outside those offers: US$23.99.

Any applicable promotion conditions, taxes and final price will be shown before payment.

5. Refunds and support

No change-of-mind refund after purchase, including a discounted trial-period purchase. Billing errors and product faults may be raised with support. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available. First-response target: five working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays; counting starts on the next working day after receipt. This is a first-response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Existing mandatory rights are not excluded. Refund/dispute effects on access must follow the verified payment and licence process.

6. Files, cloud connections and acceptable use

Keep backups of important files. A local sync folder or selected backup may be incomplete and may differ from a direct cloud connection. Third-party provider accounts and permissions remain your responsibility. Cloud Trash is not a promise of recovery after permanent deletion. Do not access other accounts, evade access rules or interfere with the service. Your files and created outputs remain yours. Fi-Edit visual signatures are not cryptographic signatures. Visual covers must not be treated as permanent original-content PDF redaction.

7. Third-party software rights

Third-party components are governed by the separate licences and notices shipped with the app. Those terms govern their applicable components. Nothing here limits rights granted under those licences, including applicable LGPL rights to modify library portions and reverse engineer for debugging those modifications, or to replace, relink and recombine covered libraries. Read SOURCE_ACCESS.txt, Sources/ SHA256SUMS.txt and the accompanying replacement/build-material instructions. Application access rules do not override those third-party rights.

8. Privacy and account requests

To request account closure or raise a privacy concern, email admin.zaiclox5@gmail.com. Privacy information is provided separately. These terms are governed by Singapore law, with applicable mandatory consumer rights preserved.

Application licence

The customer terms govern trial access, purchased seats, licence validity, updates, support and refunds. One active device is permitted per purchased seat. Purchased licence validity and support continue throughout the existence of RZM Network, subject to the customer terms and account/access verification. Downloading or installing alone does not grant a paid licence.

Installer and portable distribution

The Windows per-user installer includes CUSTOMER_TERMS.txt, SOURCE_ACCESS.txt and applicable third-party notices. The separate complete portable ZIP includes covered-library source archives and source/build instructions. Extract the complete portable folder before launching its executable.

Third-party rights and source access

Original third-party licences govern their applicable components. The application terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences, including applicable LGPL modification, replacement, relinking and reverse-engineering rights for debugging library modifications. See SOURCE_ACCESS.txt, the accompanying notices and the source/build-material instructions for component details and checksums.

Download the portable ZIP with source materials. This download does not require sign-in. The ZIP includes the corresponding covered-library sources, build materials and original notices. NOTICE_PATH_MAP.csv identifies relocated notice files and their original paths and hashes. Verify source ZIP (SHA-256).
